Returns and Refunds

  • Buyer can return or exchange items
  • Buyer must return items within 30 days of delivery
  • Buyer is responsible for return postage costs
  • Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition

Items sent back to us without first contacting us for an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
